that's a 2013 topps tribute retired remnants relic card, numbered 91/99. here's the back:
i only know of foxx and his career from books and cards, but i took an interest in him early on in my fandom. while ricky bobby may have believed that if you aren't first, you're last, i had and have great respect for the men who were not first on the baseball statistical leaderboards. jimmie foxx, for example, hit 58 home runs in the 1932 season, but babe ruth had hit 59 in 1921 and 60 in 1927, so it was only a record for a right-handed hitter (he surpassed hack wilson's record of 56 in that category). foxx remained behind ruth on that list until roger maris came along and hit 61 in 1961. foxx was also second to ruth in career home runs from his retirement until 1966, when willie mays hit his 535th dong.
i feel like foxx is typically shown as a member of the red sox in modern sets, but he spent the first 10 years of his career with the a's in philly. in fact, he won both of his world series titles and his triple crown (and narrrowly missed another) playing for connie mack, so i though the card choice was appropriate.
foxx also played for the cubs and phillies during a 20-year (19 season) career that began when he was just 17 years old in 1925. he retired following the 1942 season and didn't play at all in 1943. in 1944, however, he returned to the cubs as a player-coach, but fared poorly at the plate. in 1945 (his final season), he returned to philadelphia to play for the phillies, and even pitched in 9 games (including two that he started), posting a record of 1-0 with an era of 1.59. his offensive production had diminished by then, sure, but even now, foxx remains 10th all-time in rbi and on-base percentage, but has fallen to 19th in home runs and extra base hits.
the oakland a's count foxx as a member of their franchise on their leaderboards, but i don't believe they recognize him with a retired number. that's too bad in my opinion, as i feel guys like foxx tend to get overlooked by the modern fans when there is no connection to an existing team. regardless, he's got a place in my collection.

Awesome card. Love that he's featured with the A's. I've always wondered why the A's didn't retire his jersey number. I wonder if it has to do with the fact that the majority of the years he played with the A's took place before players had numbers.
