i haven't been aggressive at all when it comes to the newer leaf products. steve garvey has a number of autographs across the releases as he is paired up with the likes of magic johnson, jeff bagwell, and many of his peers from his playing days.
i did, however, pick up a card that featured some most valuable players from 1973, 1974, and 1975 called, appropriately, "mv3"
it comes from the 2023 leaf superlative set, and features garvey along with pete rose and fred lynn. all three of those guys were considered to be hall of fame bound by many during some point in their respective careers, but for different reasons, none of them are currently enshrined. i have two of them in my hall of famer collection, and i do have a pack pulled fred lynn autograph in my collection that i could use to induct him as well. maybe someday i will.that card is 1 of 6, which just means it is one of six of that particular parallel version (i think it is platinum). similarly, this card is one of four but also a 1/1
that's one of the printing plates used to make the card with the sticker autos up top. here's the back
i wouldn't have guessed magenta.

i also wouldn't mind picking up the cards with garvey and magic and garvey and bagwell, but the price has to be right these days, and most of the time sellers are looking for a payday. i was happy to find these two that came at reasonable prices.
MV3 = creative; nice card.
