for those of you who couldn't look away, yes, i picked up another tristar signa cuts card for my collection. this one is a mutilated 1969 topps don sutton card that had been previously signed by the hall of famer. this is the last one. most likely.
They generally suck, a truly stupid idea to begin with, but when a good bit of the original piece is still left intact like the 80T Garvey card, they can be a little more appealing.
Wow, that is truly a monsterpiece.
ReplyDeleteit's a trainwreck!
DeleteLol. I can't stand these. But I just picked one up a few weeks ago of Toby Harrah. The price was too cheap to pass up... even if it's hideous.
ReplyDeleteprice is definitely a factor for me, too. there's a garvey up on the bay right now that just hit $38 with an hour left. i'll let that one be. i think.

DeleteYou're just empowering them, Jim!
